Kitchen Leadership Opportunity
Blue Arrow - Derby is seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at a higher education provider in Long Eaton. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
Main Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.
* Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
* Develop and implement processes to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a strong focus on leading and motivating a team.
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
