Job Opportunity: Catering Team Member in Shirebrook
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals eager to advance their hospitality careers, with a passion for learning and growth. This role offers a balanced 40-hour workweek over 4 days, with a kitchen close time of 8 pm. Reporting to the Catering Manager, you will support both the Kitchen and Front of House teams to deliver excellent service to colleagues.
Responsibilities:

* Assist in menu development with the head chef and catering manager, focusing on healthy, nutritious, and appealing meals that are cost-effective.
* Gather customer feedback to keep food and service relevant and drive positive reviews.
* Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and ensure product availability and security.
* Perform daily food safety checks, including allergens and legislation compliance.
* Contribute ideas and feedback to improve our offerings and stay updated on market trends.
People:
* Support kitchen staff with induction, training, and development.
* Follow all food safety, health and safety, fire, and security policies.
* Display confidence, personal impact, and engage effectively with teams at all levels.
