The Insolvency Service's Central Recruitment Team is seeking 2 recruitment managers to lead a talented team of recruitment officers and to transform the Insolvency Service's recruitment service to its customers.

In this key role, you will work in the Central Recruitment Team (CRT), which sits within the People and Communications Directorate. CRT supports vacancy managers through the recruitment process, providing administrative support, advice, guidance and expertise to help managers ensure they get the best candidates for the job. The team also guides candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth path into the Insolvency Service.
Your role will be to lead and manage the Central Recruitment Team to provide the best recruitment service to its customers. You will also contribute to recruitment transformation projects to improve the Agency's recruitment offer.

Responsibilities
Leading and managing the Recruitment Officers, including monitoring all aspects of team and individual performance and capability, supporting with staff engagement activities and contributing to team meetings.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including the creation of vacancy adverts, sifting and interviewing processes and onboarding candidates, whilst ensuring legal and procedural compliance.
Managing and improving the Agency's recruitment data sets, including recruitment forecasting.
Supporting the Recruitment Officers in providing technical recruitment advice and guidance to the business.
Building relationships with key stakeholders within the Agency and across government, including Government Recruitment Service (GRS) and the Civil Service Commission, to ensure best practice in recruitment and drive innovation.
Developing and implementing innovative tools to improve and streamline the recruitment process.
Building capability in the business to improve how vacancy managers approach recruitment.
Identifying fresh ways to attract candidates, promote the Agency to potential candidates and build a more diverse workforce.
Travel to attend team meetings and training events is required.
