Job Title: HR Generalist\n\n£35,000 \n\nInitially a 2 month Fixed term contract with a view to extending beyond. \n\nLocation: Milton Keynes, hybrid.\n\nStart Date: Week commencing 24th March\n\nOur client is a forward-thinking, multiple award-winning technology business.\n\nWe are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join our client and support a project to cleanse their HR database. You will potentially then offer support with generalist HR duties, ensuring smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nHR Database Cleansing: Assist in the thorough review and cleansing of the HR database to ensure accuracy and efficiency.\nGeneralist HR Duties/Employee Lifecycle: After completion of the project, you are likely to support all stages of the employee lifecycle and BAU HR duties, including recruitment, contract administration, onboarding, development, benefits coordination, employee relations, retention and exit.Qualifications:\n\nProven experience in a HR generalist roles.\nExcellent organisational and communication skills.\nProficiency in HR software and databases with impeccable attention to detail.Please be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
