This position is aimed at a person who has experience working in drama and theatre, such as acting, directing, or working backstage. Requirements:
1. A genuine passion for drama and a desire to share that passion with students are essential qualities. You should be enthusiastic about teaching drama and helping students develop their theatrical skills.
2. Effective communication is critical for conveying acting techniques, directing instructions, and dramatic concepts to students. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly and provide constructive feedback.
3. Undergo a criminal background check, including an enhanced Disclosure and Baring Service (DBS) check to ensure the safety of the students.
