Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Executive located in Aberdeen. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for communication and managing international sales quotations/bids.
Key Responsibilities
1. Experience in Export and International Sales would be preferred.
2. Knowledge of Sales and International Business would be preferred.
3. Proven track record in export markets, dealing with the logistical challenges and documentation required.
4. Assist in the preparation and management of quotations, proposals, and tenders for international clients with support from the Alba team.
5. Support our International Sales team.
6. Support the Senior Team with information in order to negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Provide technical support and product information to clients as required.
8. Coordinate with internal teams (production and dispatch) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
9. Manage the sales cycle from RFQ/ITB through to sales delivery.
10. Work closely with the technical and production teams to meet client requirements.
