We are looking for a highly organised person to lead and motivate our kitchen team. Working in conjunction with the General Manager, you will create a strong culture of teamwork between the front of house and back of house teams.
You will be responsible for creating, preparing meals to our specified menu, along with a range of specials to allow you to show off your skills, and ensuring excellent customer service is delivered to our customers at all times.
Working 45 hours per week, you will benefit from from daytime hours only as we trade from 09:00 until 17:00 Monday to Saturday, and 10:00 until 16:00 on Sundays.
With previous catering/hospitality-based experience, you will be a self-motivated effective communicator that enjoys working as part of a team.
Leadership experience is essential, and a recognised Food Safety qualification is desirable, although this can be provided for the correct candidate.
