Recruitment Manager 12 month FTC
From £40k per annum plus car allowance
We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Manager to join our team on a 12 month fixed-term contract. As part of an exciting period of growth and transformation here at Marston's pub company, you'll play a key role in driving market-leading recruitment of top talent across our managed and partnership pubs.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution of our Talent Acquisition strategy across 2 regional teams in the North Division, covering the North West of England and Wales. You'll work closely with the Recruitment Development team, Talent Attraction team and hiring managers to ensure we attract, engage and retain top talent, providing a market-leading candidate experience.
This is a hybrid role, partially based at Marston’s award-winning, modern offices in central Wolverhampton with some travel required across our pub estate. As such applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to our Head Office and across our pub estate in the North West.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional, commercial Talent Acquisition knowledge and expertise to your key stakeholders, ensuring best practice is always followed.
* Work in collaboration with the Operations Team, HR People Partners and other relevant key stakeholders to identify, source and recruit the best people whilst driving our culture, vision and values.
* Influence your operational stakeholders to align with the delivery of our HR and Talent Acquisition strategy, including the promotion of an inclusive recruitment process.
* Utilise data insight to inform decisions and influence key stakeholders.
* Spend time in pubs and regional meetings, understanding the recruitment challenges within your area of responsibility.
* Raise the capability of your hiring managers by supporting them with relevant skills and sharing best practice.
* Act as an ambassador of our Communities recruitment initiatives, including our ex-offenders programme, Excel. Work alongside the Communities Lead to identify recruitment opportunities in our pub estate.
* Maximise the apprenticeship levy by identifying and building a pipeline of apprenticeships across the business with relevant stakeholders.
* Contribute to building a strong employer brand that reflects Marston's values and commitment to exceptional guest experience.
* Monitor and maximise recruitment spend and ROI for your business area.
Key Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally in a Hospitality or other fast-paced environment.
* Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work closely and challenge key stakeholders where necessary.
* Passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences.
* Comfortable using recruitment technology and data to drive improvements.
* An inclusive, team player who is adaptable, proactive and excited by the challenge of working in a changing business.
