1. The Sous Chef will be working in a brigade of 18.
2. Provide exceptional food to diners at a high standard 2AA Rosette
3. Sous Chef to manage the kitchen in the head chef's absence
Requirements
1. A Sous Chef with a strong background in a hotel, restaurant or gastro pub
2. The ideal candidate will have experience within a good quality, preferably rosette awarded kitchen
3. A calm approach in the kitchen during busy service periods
4. The Sous Chef will be flexible to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
5. The Sous Chef will be interested in current food trends
