As a Sous chef, you will be supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality and freshest ingredients in all dishes.
Requirements:
1. Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Senior Chef or in a similar role
2. Experience working in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably within a 5-star hotel.
3. Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Up-to-date with industry trends and techniques.
6. Motivated and proud of your culinary achievements.
7. Organised and punctual with an eye for detail.
