Key Responsibilities Working in collaboration with the Executive Head Chef you will design and develop exceptional menus that reflect our 5-star standards and cater to diverse guest preferences. Lead, inspire, and manage the entire kitchen team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste in every dish served. Monitor kitchen operations, including food safety, hygiene, and compliance with health regulations. Manage budgets, control costs, and optimise profitability without compromising quality. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Build relationships with suppliers to source the finest ingredients and negotiate favourable terms. Stay abreast of culinary trends and incorporate innovative ideas to keep our offerings fresh and exciting. About You We are looking for a highly skilled, dynamic, and visionary Head Chef with: Extensive experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a luxury 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to create innovative, high-quality menus that align with guest expectations and market trends. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations. Financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and controlling food and labour costs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A passion for delivering excellence and pushing culinary boundaries. Relevant culinary qualifications and certifications.
