Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of the banquet operation in support (and in absence) of the Head Chef
2. Prep and deliver food for all function and events
3. Ordering
4. Ensure quality control of all banquet aspects including food and kitchen equipment
5. Organize staff schedules
6. Conduct weekly inventory
7. Control food wastage and par level for restaurant
8. Train and motivate staff
Key Requirements
1. 1 year + experience of banquet event planning and execution
2. 1 year + experience in a restaurant management role responsible for a team of 5 or more
3. Highly organized
4. Enthusiastic and well-rounded
5. Excel at customer service by ensuring each guest and team member feels special
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule with availability 7 days a week from 5am to 2am
7. Impromptu problem-solving skills while maintaining a positive demeanor
