Job Purpose
The purpose of the role is to design, implement and manage effective remuneration and recognition programmes that align with the business needs. The focus will be on developing flexible reward solutions, enhancing company-wide reward frameworks and providing expert support to the people team to ensure strategic alignment with the business.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Design and develop policies that align with business and people strategies, ensuring fairness and competitiveness
* Implement and manage key programmes, including salary reviews, bonuses and flexible benefits whilst providing expert guidance on senior management
* Manage external salary benchmarking, job evaluation and grading structures to maintain a competitive compensation framework.
* Oversee pay, bonus and benefits decisions ensuring alignment with employment law and corporate governance standards
* Partner with key stakeholders, manage third party relationships and contribute to external reporting, including gender pay and remunerations committee partners
