We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in our recently opened Northern Ireland office. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for promoting our range of safety products and solutions to businesses across the construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
4. Provide expert advice on safety solutions tailored to customer needs.
5. Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the safety equipment, PPE, or industrial sector.
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
3. Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. A full, clean driving licence is required, as this role involves regular travel.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is desirable.
