Job Title: Reward Manager

Salary: £90,000 - £120,000 + bonus
Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with a leading financial services organisation who are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Reward Manager. Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will lead a team of Reward Analysts, guiding them through critical reward activities.
This is a fixed-term contract role for 15 months.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head of Reward in executing the Reward Strategy, including short-term and long-term (shares-based) compensation.
2. Partner with key stakeholders to deliver essential reward initiatives.
3. Lead and mentor a team of Reward Analysts through key projects, such as job levelling and fair pay & transparency efforts.
4. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the annual pay and bonus review.
5. Develop enhanced reward communications to improve employee understanding of total compensation.
6. Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements, such as Gender Pay Reporting.
7. Conduct benchmarking using Willis Towers Watson surveys.
