This is a maternity contract and full time position. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Drama lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes active participation and critical thinking. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support for improvement. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies and resources. Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and school objectives. Qualifications and Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in Drama or a related field. Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
