What the Role Entails: Food Safety : Support the Head Chef/Sous Chef in maintaining compliance and retaining our 5-star food hygiene rating. Culinary Skills : Demonstrate expertise in fresh food and cooking techniques, adhering to company specs. Health & Safety : Follow all health and safety procedures in line with company policies. Stock Control : Assist with stock control, stock takes, food orders, and daily deliveries. Teamwork : Work independently and as part of the wider kitchen team, taking ownership of your area while ensuring smooth operations. Versatility : Support different kitchen sections as needed, with a thorough understanding of our full menu. Leadership : Work closely with senior chefs to learn about kitchen management and promote a positive team spirit.
