Our Inside Sales Advisors have a realistic OTE of £35,000, with some earning over £40,000.
Position Purpose:
Represent the company's interests by promoting our services to customers and prospects. Initiate first contact with potential clients to promote Shred-it's automatic destruction services, liaising with account managers for large orders.
Key Job Activities:
* Conduct high-volume sales calls (outbound and inbound), soliciting services aligned with targets.
* Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and referrals efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects using Salesforce CRM.
* Achieve or exceed activity and productivity targets.
* Negotiate sales following company policies and procedures.
* Review goals with team leaders to ensure targets are met.
* Stay informed on market conditions to optimize positioning.
* Provide feedback to sales leadership based on client insights.
* Maintain a positive, professional attitude and uphold high standards of customer service, security, and environmental consciousness.
* Become a Subject Matter Expert on all Shred-it services.
Education:
Required: High School or equivalent. Preferred: Associate's degree or higher.
Relevant college education or sales experience is advantageous.
Experience (EMEAA):
0-1 year of experience required; basic knowledge preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM, are preferred.
Excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills are essential.
Energetic, motivated, results-oriented, with a positive attitude.
Strong negotiation and listening skills, with the ability to interpret client needs and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Experience in high-pressure, target-driven environments is preferred.
