KITCHEN MANAGER / HEAD CHEF Wanted - Central Birmingham - Circa £45k + over time for any extra hours worked.
Established, well known, very well reviewed, busy restaurant & bar operation is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to fire the business into 2025.
The business is all fresh food with a heavy focus on small plates.
Our client is looking for a strong Kitchen Manager with experience of leading a similar kitchen & a track record of maintaining high standards & motivating a large team with a hands on approach. This will be a hands on Kitchen Manager role - leading a team from the front & would suit someone who wants to break free from their current company constraints & shoot the lights out with their next move.
The client is looking to lock someone in for the long term with this appointment & is offering circa £45k depending on your experience. Standard working week is 40 - 45 hours per week but you will be paid pro rata for any extra shifts you pick up so the annual earnings will exceed the standard calculation.
The client is open to candidates from high quality, fast paced restaurant backgrounds but you must have been working at Kitchen Manager / Head Chef level for a minimum of 2 years.
