Sales Executive
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 plus commission
Location: Office based in Farnborough, Hampshire
Hours: Full Time Monday – Friday, 8.00am-4.00pm or 9.00am-5.00pm
Start date: 2nd September

As a School Sales Executive, you'll have the chance to drive our growth by generating leads, contacting schools, and showcasing the incredible benefits of our service. The Role
* Generate leads and contact schools to communicate the benefits of our service
* Nurture and maintain good relations with the schools throughout the full sales journey to close of sale and handover to the operations team.
* Analyse various sources of data and thoroughly research prospects to build sales pipelines
* Attend conferences to generate new leads and build interest in iRock
* Book sales assembly appointments for field-based sales team
* Negotiate terms with schools
* Effectively communicate, liaise and collaborate with other departments and colleagues
* Accurately update and maintain details information in the CRM system
Requirements
* Confident telephone manner and comfortable cold calling
* Experience selling in the education sector (desirable)
* Good listening skills, with the ability to empathise and quickly build rapport
* Highly motivated individual who is organised and target driven
* High level attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proven track record of working to and achieving personal KPIs and team targets
* Good at building strong professional relations with schools and colleagues
* Ability to negotiate
* Strong research and data analytical skills
