We are headquartered in London, and we have offices in China and Bulgaria, as well as presence in a further 11 countries including across continental Europe, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Turkey and USA.What will you be doing?As a European sales executive, you will be handling the following tasks:Communicating via phone with clients based in the EMEA region - Europe, Middle East and Africa. This includes both cold and warm calling, negotiating and closingResearching/prospecting and responding to leads generated from our website, marketing efforts and lead generation servicesHelping to commercialise our various new gold and hydrogen price indicesMaintaining client accounts in our CRM, invoicing, and taking payments over the phoneEngaging in team meetings and producing ideas relating to business development campaignsTravelling to attend occasional face-to-face client meetings, as well as industry events (both organised by ourselves and external)Providing feedback directly in the office to the Global Head of Subscriptions and the Company DirectorsWhen not travelling, your average work day will look roughly like the following:70% phone-based outbound calls (usually 60-100 dial-outs or 2h talk-time)10% sales CRM administration10% reporting and documenting10% feedback to teamWho are we looking for?The following are requirements for this role:Fluent spoken and written in EnglishStrong communication skills, excellent phone mannerLegal right to work full-time in the UKPrevious sales experience isn't a requirement to apply as we will provide training, but the following is desirable for this role:1 year or more of previous sales experienceGood spoken and written fluency in another European languageInterest in electric vehicles, battery materials, hydrogen and/or decarbonisationWhere is the job based?Hammersmith (W6), London (hybrid working, with 2-3 days expected in office – or more, if that’s what you’re looking for). We are also a casual clothing office space, so no formal attire unless you are visiting a client, attending an event, or wish to dress formally.What are the working hours?0900-1700, Monday-Friday (including 1 hour for lunch)What is the salary?Base salary starting from £28,000 per annum + OTE, whilst salary will vary depending on level of experience and skills.
