A great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join this great team based at a site in the City. This is working purely in a Staff Dining operation and you will work Monday to Friday from 7am to 3.30pm with a starting salary of £40,000
The Sous Chef will be in charge of the Salad and Grab and Go Section section, you will create 3 salads daily and have the freedom to choose what you put on the menu and the ingredients you can use.
You will be manage 2 CDP's that also work on the section and you will need to be very well organised as this is a very busy kitchen. You will need to delegate tasks to the CDP's so you get all dishes out on time and looking immaculate,
The ideal Sous Chef will have experience in creating fresh salads in the Ottolenghi Style and be able to create salads that are full over flavour and creativity. The Sous Chef will also need to support other sections if required so flexibility will be needed.
You will need a solid career history ideally in large volume operations and be able to demonstrate previous menu's or have food pictures to show your creativity.
