The Juice Academy, an industry led apprenticeship provider that has been delivering apprenticeships since 2013, is looking to make a strategic hire. As a trailblazer in the sector the Academy partners with practising industry experts to deliver live masterclasses building upon its original foundation as the first ever industry led social media apprenticeship in the UK.
The Juice Academy currently has a portfolio of four programmes. The Content Creator Level 3 is with Tangerine Communications based in Manchester. This successful partnership over a decade has led to over 700 apprentices in roles with companies including McCann, Manchester Airport Group, The Overlap, Social Chain and LADBible.
Additionally, The Academy offers PR and Communications Level 4 with Smoking Gun supporting clients such as Oldham Rugby Football Club and Canterbury University.
The Fundraiser Level 3 programme is led by third sector expert Clare Sweeney supporting charities and foundations up and down the country including LGBT Foundation and North West Air Ambulance. Lastly there is the new hospitality sector focused Marketing Apprenticeship soon to be delivered in partnership with Tempt Marketing.
Sales-Driven Business Development Executive at The Juice Academy

Partnering closely with the Managing Director, you will be at the forefront of securing new business, generating revenue, and building strong, long-lasting partnerships across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Deal Closing: Identify and target new business opportunities across the UK, securing apprenticeship contracts with both new hires and existing staff within client organisations.
* Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process—from prospecting and outreach to negotiating and closing deals—ensuring maximum revenue generation.
* Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.
* Networking & Outreach: Leverage face-to-face networking, online meetings, and calls to build a robust pipeline of leads and accelerate sales growth.
* Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the Managing Director to refine sales strategies, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship programmes.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven Sales Success: Experience in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue, hit targets, and close high-value deals.
* Experience in Education (Preferred): Experience in the education sector, particularly apprenticeships, is a plus—but a strong sales background is essential.
* Sales-Driven Mindset: A go-getter attitude, hungry for new business, with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
* Exceptional Communicator: Comfortable making cold calls, delivering impactful presentations, and negotiating contracts with senior decision-makers.

The Opportunity
Employed by Apprentify and working on The Juice Academy brand, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth, forward-looking business with ambitious plans for the future. You will be based in the Wilmslow office, located in the town centre, with parking expenses covered and close to the train station. You will need to work from the office at least two days per week, but expected to attend business and networking events and face to face meetings, with occasional travel to cities outside of Manchester.

The role comes with a salary of £35k - 40k DOE and performance based bonuses. Plus the following Benefits:
