An exciting opportunity now exists to join Shotton Mill (Containerboard) as the Sales Executive. Shotton Mill is currently repurposing the site in order the build the biggest containerboard and tissue campus within the UK & Europe.This includes containerboard production with a capacity of 750,000t. As well as this, a new CHP and effluent treatment plant are also being constructed.Site wide there will be a requirement to double the current workforce by start-up in 2025. In order to achieve our ambitious targets, we need to build a dynamic Sales team capable of developing a strategy to build and generate the commercial side of the business. About the job: Leading the development and implementation of the Eren Sales strategy for Shotton Mill Ltd. Developing, building and understanding the road map and sales business in order to build a network with key customers both locally and internationally. Developing and supporting all aspects of Erens’ global strategy of customer engagement and commercial relationships in order to develop the business within the UK and Europe. Leading and supporting in the development, implementation and recruitment of a UK Sales team in order to achieve Sales targets and objectives. Developing key focus areas, targets, procedures and objectives in order to secure market growth within the UK and beyond. Understanding the customer base, contacts, networks and key stakeholders by attending Sales seminars, conferences etc in order to develop and grow the Eren/Shotton brand. Building and growing relationships with key stakeholders and develop a partnership approach to increase Eren/Shotton Mill market share. Embedding robust processes and systems to develop world class sales operations ensuring customer relationships and satisfaction are maintained at every level. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in either Sales, Manufacturing or paper making is essential. Minimum 5 years’ previous experience working at a senior sales team lead ideally within containerboard/papermaking business. Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively and network with key partners is essential. Highly motivated, agile, results driven with the ability to problem solve are essential. Ability to work under pressure, with a logical, systematic manner. Team leader experience or ability to lead a team. Working Condition: The role will entail visiting customers and key stakeholders within the UK and overseas as required. The ability to work from home, Shotton site and visit customers is essential. Car driver essential.
