Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Take full responsibility for managing the entire kitchen operation.
* Maintain and drive consistently high standards of produce.
* Recruit, train, and develop junior members of staff.
* Oversee daily stock control and ordering, while identifying and sourcing local produce.
* Collaborate in the creation of new dishes and menu design.
* Contribute to all aspects of kitchen management, including meeting KPI targets (e.g., GP %, environmental health compliance).
The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role within fine dining establishments.
* A passion and extensive knowledge of food, with a commitment to excellence.
* Dedication to maintaining first-class standards in every aspect of the operation.

* Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism.
