Work well in a small team Preferred Experience: Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply Key Duties (Including but not limited to): - Ensuring that the service sales targets and margins are achieved Preparing and following up on quotations by email & phone Tendering for service contracts Sourcing, calling & maintaining new customers Review of Client Terms & Conditions ensuring limited exposure for Esco Coordination with the factory to gain delivery times and costing where needed Coordinate with engineers to gain information/drawings Review of customer specifications to determine requirements Prioritize quotation requests and ensure quote deadlines are met Maintenance of the Reddot CRM system, ensuring the on-time follow-up for renewal of new and existing service contracts. Collaborating with Esco’s Service team to promote Esco service sales and utilize the service team to promote and advise on new equipment sales Maintaining Esco’s existing customer database
