We have an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals who are team players, looking for the next stage in their career to be part of a strong enthusiastic sales team & customer service team to support the growth of a global lubricants brand, Castrol. You will work with visiting Automotive Workshops across the UK to help promote the Castrol branded workshop program and drive sales.
This is a Full-time, permanent role based in Kingswinford, Dudley, working 37.5 hours per week. You will work closely with our sales and customer service team, building strong relationships and helping to boost awareness of Castrol and the product range across Automotive Workshops. As a Lubricant Sales Executive at Certas Energy, in addition to providing excellent customer service, you will handle inbound enquiries within the lubricants sales office, and will be targeted to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer experience through consultative selling, strong account management, up/cross selling, and new customer acquisition. You will utilize account management and negotiation skills to increase margins across your customer portfolio, working in a quality-focused environment where we strive to exceed customer expectations through teamwork, professional interaction, and effective communication.
