Hub Box is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.
As a Sous Chef, you will join our Kitchen team to:
1. Collaborate with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised & that what our front-of-house team serves to our guests is delicious, consistent & on spec always.
2. Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen & deputise in their absence.
3. Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations.
4. Coach, mentor & train the kitchen team.
5. Support the Head Chef with ordering, stock takes & GP’s.
