Junior Sous Chef – Vibrant New Forest Pub & Hotel
We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and organised Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team in the heart of the stunning New Forest.
Our busy, fast-paced pub with a large outdoor area is a local favourite, and we’re also part of a thriving hotel venue that hosts weddings and events year-round. No two days are the same, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a lively atmosphere.
What we're looking for:
* A motivated, reliable chef with strong organisational skills
* A team player with the right personality to complement our well-established kitchen brigade
* Someone who takes pride in their work and has a genuine passion for food
* Experience in high-volume kitchens or event catering is a plus
The role:
* Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in daily operations
* Assisting with preparation, service, and maintaining high kitchen standards
* Helping to lead shifts and support junior team members
* Ensuring food safety and cleanliness at all times
Hours:
* Full-time, 45 hours per week across a 7-day rota
