An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Manager to join a dynamic team on a minimum 6-month FTC. This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement in Yorkshire and will involve a mix of BAU responsibilities and project work. You will play a key role in managing both BAU activities and strategic reward projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in compensation and benefits, who is comfortable balancing day-to-day operations with high-level initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Reward function, ensuring all BAU tasks are efficiently handled.
* Support the development and implementation of reward strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Manage salary reviews, bonus schemes, and other reward programs.
* Provide advice and guidance to senior management on reward-related matters.
* Work on key reward projects, from initial design to delivery.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
* Analyse compensation data and produce reports to support decision-making.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in reward management or similar HR roles.
* Ability to handle both BAU responsibilities and strategic projects.
* Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, including salary benchmarking, incentives, and reward schemes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Knowledge of UK employment law and compliance in relation to rewards.
* Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines.
