What We're Looking For:
1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end dining establishment
2. Ability to run a section efficiently and confidently
3. Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
4. Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends & holidays
6. Right to work in the UK
