What are we looking for?
A warm and charming personality, confident with communication at all levels
Full understanding of what makes Home House a unique and vibrant venue
Good telephone manner, articulate and enjoy liaising with members, building a good rapport to support with member retention
The ability to identify and convert new membership opportunities
Excellent admin skills, including excel, database management, tracking activity and reporting on progress.
Excellent organisational skills, resilient able to thrive in a fast pace environment, working to tight deadlines.
Happiness to work autonomously and as part of a team
