Summer Schedule:
1. ROTA: for summer
2. Tuesday to Friday: 7 AM - 2 PM
3. Saturday: 10 AM - 10 PM
4. Sunday & Monday OFF
What You'll Need:
1. Experience in banqueting & large-scale events
2. Full driving licence - you'll be responsible for the kitchen van
3. Strong organisational skills to handle peak wedding season
4. A positive, team-first attitude
5. One-day trial - informal meet & cook-off
