Our client is looking for an Experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee both strategic and operational aspects of talent acquisition. This role includes leading recruitment initiatives, managing recruitment processes, and collaborating with senior management to align hiring efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sourcing and hiring talent across various disciplines.
