DIGITAL LEARNING DESIGNER
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)
Do you want to enhance your digital learning designer skills in a role where you are working collaboratively with stakeholders?
As a key member of our Learning and Development team you will design engaging, high-quality, easy to access blended learning solutions. You will work alongside subject matter experts across the business to understand learning content and requirements, and use instructional design principles to script, storyboard and deploy effective blended learning solutions.

THE PRACTICAL BITS
Salary will be between £31,000 and £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Hours of work are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Based in our Wellingborough head office you will have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
* Collaborate in the design and delivery of learning solutions using a range of authoring tools.
* Produce high-quality content tailored to learning objectives.
* Engage in all stages of the learning process, from requirement capture, through design and development, to deployment on our Learning Experience Platform.
* Adapt and contribute creatively to projects within the learning design and delivery spectrum.
* Creation of learning pathways to ensure learning transfer at the forefront of design.
* Provide support to learners and the wider Learning team as required.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* A strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
* Experience designing, implementing, and driving professional development programs tailored to all levels of an organisation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
* Excellent stakeholder and project management skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and engage multiple projects simultaneously .
* Ability to comprehend and adapt to new systems at pace.
IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE
* Experience of working with Salesforce, Articulate, Storyline and Rise.
* Experience within financial services.
