IT Service Desk Analyst - Night Shifts (7pm-7am)
Location: Newcastle
Contract Duration: 3 Month Contract
Rate: £200-£250 Per Day - INSIDE IR35
One of my clients is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a 3-month assignment.
This role will be to work on the 1st line Service Desk team, providing initial support via telephone, email, and ServiceNow ticketing system. This will be covering a 24/7 service desk, with the shifts being purely night time based, working 7pm to 7am.
You will have a background of working within a busy IT Service Desk environment and be comfortable in providing support to all levels of end users.
Due to the short-term nature of the requirement, my client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, requiring minimal supervision and training.
