Salary £60,000 - £70,000
12-month Fixed Term Contract
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working with our well-established client to find an experienced Reward Manager to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, who will take ownership of the group reward strategy, developing key aspects including base salary, bonuses, incentives, and non-financial recognition programs.
As Reward Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
* Oversee and enhance the group reward framework, as well as the employee benefits programmes including pensions, healthcare, bonus schemes and wellness initiatives
* Establish market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness within the market
* Collaborate with management teams to ensure strategies are aligned with the company goals
* Take ownership of salary reviews and job evaluations to maintain equity and compliance
The ideal person will have:
* A wealth of experience of reward schemes, compensation and benefits management
* A deep understanding of UK pension regulations with the ability to liaise with different providers, working closely with external and internal stakeholders
* The ability to explain complex reward structures at all levels
* Solid influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
