Complaints Handler
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Are you an experienced Complaints Handler looking for the next step up in your career?
We are looking to recruit a Complaints Handler to work for our well-established and market-leading client based in Hinckley.
You will be the first point of contact for any issues or concerns raised while achieving and delivering excellence in service by providing tailored client solutions.
Responsibilities for this Complaints Handler role:
1. Ensure that all member service issues, whether verbal or written, are acknowledged in line with the complaints procedure.
2. Thoroughly investigate all member complaints.
3. Resolve all member complaints in a timely manner.
4. Accountability for obtaining a prompt response to member queries, service issues, and requests to cancel.
5. Review member complaints.
6. Contact members to activate their account and book the initial appointments.
7. Receive member and consultant telephone calls and resolve queries and service issues.
Person specification for this Complaints Handler:
1. Highly motivated with the ability to communicate knowledge effectively within the team.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong time management skills.
4. A consultative and friendly approach with the ability to work under pressure.
This is a full-time permanent Complaints Handler position, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives, and the day off on your birthday!
