The role of a Sales Executive at Redwood Collections Ltd is to proactively contact businesses in the UK to enquire if they need assistance recovering any debts owed to them by their customers. Contact is primarily via telephone; however, the role has scope to use alternative sources to contact prospective clients, allowing you to use your initiative to reach above and beyond set targets. All successful accounts will remain within key diaries that are to be followed up by our senior sales team via telephone and email, allowing the team to build rapport and strengthen the relationship with the prospect, prior to them listing. We dedicate at least one hour per week to formal training, as well as learning on an ad-hoc 'shadowing’ basis.The training is carried out with various members of the senior management team, allowing successful candidates the best possible opportunity to succeed and build a lasting career with Redwood Collections Ltd.
