This is a full time role, due to start in September 2024, at a vibrant and inclusive secondary school with a supportive Head Teacher and Arts Department. With access to well-equipped drama studios and a stage in the school hall, you will have the resources needed to bring your lesson plans to life and create memorable performances.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and teach engaging lessons that motivate the students in your subject and cater to the needs of diverse learners
- Mark and assess students work and track student progression
- Have excellent curriculum knowledge that continues to develop - particularly the new and engaging ways to teach Drama as the subject continues to evolve.
- Have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
