Role Overview
As Head of Talent, you will take full ownership of the Talent function across the FIFTEEN MARKETPLACE. You’ll shape and execute our UK and global recruitment strategy, manage a growing team, and ensure we continue to attract, assess, and deploy top-tier professionals.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who understands the complexity of financial services recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced tech-enabled environment, and wants to be part of something disruptive.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership
*
Lead the strategic direction of the Talent division, aligning it with FIFTEEN’s growth and innovation goals.

Build and execute short- and long-term talent attraction, qualification, and retention strategies.

Oversee the integration of AI tools and automation to enhance the hiring, vetting, and placement process.
*
Operational Delivery
*
Own end-to-end talent lifecycle: attraction, vetting, onboarding, deployment.
*
Oversee the recruitment of contractors, permanent hires, and Hubsters across the GRC, Ops, Change, and Tech domains.
*
Collaborate with internal tech and product teams to ensure the Talent portal continues to evolve and meet marketplace needs.

Team & Stakeholder Management
*
Lead and grow the internal Talent team, including consultants, resourcers, and operations.
*
Serve as the point of contact for senior leadership and enterprise clients regarding talent initiatives.

Provide insight and data, and report on pipeline, performance, and market trends.
Key Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment within financial services (compliance, risk, operations, tech, etc.)
*
Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
*
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute hands-on delivery when needed.

Comfortable working with tech platforms and AI-enhanced recruitment tools.

Strong stakeholder communication and reporting skills.
*
Based in the UK, with knowledge of UK and global financial services talent landscapes.
