Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Our client is a neighbourhood Mediterranean bistro serving incredible unfussy food, using top of the range produce! The bistro is opened during the daytime – brunch/lunch and they have a separate private dining room where they offer bespoke sit down dinners.
Junior Sous Chef Benefits:
* A competitive salary starting at £40,000 + service
* 45 hours per week, additional hours are paid at £17+ service per hour
* 5 shifts per week – working during the daytime

Junior Sous Chef requirements:
* We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef with a strong culinary skill set – someone who is capable on sections and has honed their skills working in reputable food led operations.
* The Junior Sous Chef should have experience working with European/Mediterranean cuisine.
* We are looking for applicants with a stable employment history.
* The successful applicant will need to be confident working within a small kitchen/team – hands on.
