The role of Training Manager will be to lead the training initiatives within one brand at a state-of-the-art training academy.
Key responsibilities:
Performance Management: Ensure all KPI targets for delivery and assessment are met.
Propose and implement strategies to enhance training capabilities.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships to support strategic training goals.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to operational requirements and health & safety policies.
Data Presentation: Present data and management information at client meetings.
Team Leadership: Provide direction, communicate goals, and drive delivery standards with the lead trainer.
Experience & behaviours:
Proven experience in people management.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
