We have had a really exciting start to our ownership here at Highview with sales targets being blown out of the water over summer 2024, and we have also just sold our first super twin lodge here at Highview in November!
We would love to find the right candidate to join us on being part of our development project for this highly respected historic park.
We are now in stage 3 of our development plans with the opening of the newly refurbished Bunker bar coming very soon! This bar has a lot of good memories in the local community and is a great asset to Highview with its historical nature.
We are really excited to start our refurbishing plans for the onsite shop, gym, and lodge showground to showcase our new caravans and lodges of over 30 in stock ready to hit the ground running for our 2025 season.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Commission of 5% of net profit with projected sales for 2025 of 50 units.
Responsibilities
1. You will be responsible for the sales of luxury holiday homes, static caravans, and lodges. This involves meeting new customers, building rapport, demonstrating the products, and explaining the benefits of buying a holiday home.
2. Follow up on leads in a timely manner to convert opportunities into sales.
3. You will have the ability to follow up leads over the telephone (and via email) with the view to making appointments for park visits, as well as following up leads from our current database.
4. Proven experience in sales.
5. You will also be responsible for prospecting current customers with the view to sales upgrades.
6. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive outreach and networking.
7. Utilize Parcvu software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.
8. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products/services.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
10. Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
Skills
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
2. Strong sales skills with a persuasive approach to selling.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and follow-up on client interactions.
