Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Pre Sales Executive at Asanti. The role is located in Hamilton but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to pre-sales activities, engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with Asanti's offerings. The role will be pivotal in building and optimising our sales pipeline, ensuring leads are progressed through the sales funnel. Reporting to our Marketing Director, you’ll:
* Lead and manage the development of sales processes to ensure leads generated by Marketing are handled in a timely manner.
* Be the first respondent to all inbound enquiries to qualify for development with sales team.
* Identify and address challenges and bottlenecks in the sales process, implementing strategies for improvement.
* Take feedback from engaged leads and sales team and feed back into marketing to improve targeting and conversion strategies.
* Support the CRO with the accurate collation and visualization of data for sales reporting and forecasting.
* Attend sales meetings to further your knowledge of our customer base to feed back into marketing campaigns.
* CRM Management: Oversee all aspects of the CRM ensuring that all relevant data is captured.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other functions in the business to align sales strategies with company objectives and ensure seamless communication/co-ordination among departments.
* Collaborate with the Marketing department on marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing plan and budget.
Knowledge & Experience
* Knowledge of CRM, HubSpot/Salesforce essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to drive sales and maximise commercial opportunities.
* Experience in managing and developing internal systems and processes.
* Growth mindset, can-do attitude and willingness to deliver results to improve customer experiences and long-term business performance.
* Experience in pre-sales activities and client engagement.
* Knowledge of IT infrastructure and hosting solutions.
* Ability to understand and analyze client needs.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Experience in the data center industry is a plus.
