The Travel IT Delivery UAT, RUN and Training Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating user acceptance tests, run support and training needs across all impacted Business Units (BU) as well as supporting communication to enable BU. This role will be part of a team which structures and orchestrates the training, run and user acceptance test process to support the successful deployment of application changes across all Business Units (BUs). Through this role, you are in charge of the following responsibilities: • Manage the overall RUN organization for the defined line of business & support the onboarding of BUs onto the overall Global platform RUN organization and structure. • Ensure proper monitoring, reporting and communication of the run situation. • Support and organize the Line of Business Change Management & Training strategy. This includes implementing the overall change management strategy around all businesses and initiatives within the Line of Business. • Coordinate Test plans across systems and phases: - Define, plan and organize trainings of testers - Define quality gates and ensure quality gates completion - Define, plan and organize Automated Non-regression testing • Orchestrate the user acceptance tests for defined line of business: - Define Testing approach cross Travel IT Platform and Cross Country and ensure proper governance & reporting - Define and shape the Business Test Factory for global UAT - Monitor and coordinate the global platform test preparation and execution cross systems and business units - Define and harmonize test tools, templates and methodology What you bring • Multi-Year experience in collaboration with IT or working within IT department. • Multi-Year experience in IT stakeholder or vendor management role. • Agile Scrum experience. • Demonstratable experience in transformation programs; change management trainings. • Excellent communication and relationship management skills. • Fluent in English.
