The Job Role:
* Sous Chef for a 2AA rosette newly opened restaurant
* Sous Chef to support with day to day running of the restaurant kitchen
* A mixture of modern & classical cooking techniques.
The Requirements:
* The Sous Chef will have good experience in working in quality kitchens
* The Sous Chef with excellent communication skills
* A self-starter with a genuine passion for food and eager to learn
* The preferred Sous Chef will have hotel experience
The Location:
* Glasgow
* Free on-site parking
