About The Role
The Product Training Manager at Lolly will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to both internal teams and external clients. This role involves creating instructional content, maintaining a centralised training hub, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer across the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, particularly in EPoS, and be able to simplify complex product features for a wide range of audiences.
Responsibilities
* Develop structured training programs for internal teams and clients, integrating, where possible, AI-driven tools and automation to enhance engagement, streamline learning, and improve knowledge retention.
* Develop guides, video tutorials, and documentation tailored to different user groups.
* Design and deliver impactful workshops and webinars to enhance knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Establish a centralised cloud-based repository for all training content.
* Collaborate closely with product developers to stay ahead of new features, updates, and innovations, ensuring training materials remain accurate and up to date.
* Maintain a fully equipped training demo environment to support hands-on learning.
* Upskill internal workforce and key employees to enhance knowledge sharing across the business.
* Provide continuous support and resources to trainees post-training to reinforce learning and ensure long-term success.
* Assess the effectiveness of training sessions, gather feedback, and refine content accordingly.
* Develop a strategy to offer limited chargeable training for clients.
Key Skills & Requirements
* 5+ years’ experience in technology/software training, ideally in EPoS.
* Strong instructional design and content creation skills.
* Experience with LMS and modern training tools.
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging training materials.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* Experience in creating customer-facing documentation and managing demo environments.
* Proficiency in video content creation for training purposes.
Preferred Qualifications
* Degree in Field or related field.
* Relevant certifications in training, instructional design, or e-learning development.
* Experience in developing and implementing monetised training programs.
* Strong understanding of cloud-based training platforms and digital learning strategies.
