Vacancy: Senior Youth Worker & Training Manager

Cambridge and District Youth for Christ are looking for a Senior Youth Worker and Training Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the work of our Open House Wellbeing project in central Cambridge including youth drop-ins, workshops and faith exploration alongside training and developing our gap year volunteers and student youth workers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about Jesus and has a heart to see young people finding fullness of life in Him. This is a senior role with oversight of youth projects, recruitment and management of volunteer teams and development of new initiatives.
The role is negotiable between 22.5 - 37.5 hours a week with a full-time equivalent salary in the range of £26,000 - £29,000 (depending on experience).
There is an occupational requirement that the role holder is a committed Christian in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. The job is subject to a three-month probationary period.
