If you are a high achiever who thrives on partnership, collaboration, and inventive solutions to complex problems, then join us and make a profound impact on the lives and careers of our people Your Key Responsibilities - Create and implement innovative, high-impact learning and leadership development offerings, including train-the-trainer approaches, that align with our HSSE organisational values and goals, requiring excellence and dedication. - Develop agile and iterative design and development approaches that enhance participation and provide meaningful feedback. - HSSE content libraries, ensuring materials are not only easy-to-access and updated as needed but also reflect the highest standards of quality and are readily available for use within the team and with other collaborators. - Perform rigorous needs-assessments to ensure the most effective and innovative approaches are being taken at the right time, demonstrating a commitment to excellence. - Review and report on training data and analytics across Stantec to identify learning and development trends, return-on-investment, and forecast future requirements, showcasing your ability to drive high performance and strategic insights. - Effectively manage and lead diverse project teams, inspiring them to achieve exceptional results and rise to the challenges presented. - Collaborate with worldwide regional colleagues, emphasising successful learning approaches, integrated methodologies, and consistent HSSE program experiences, while pushing the boundaries of what is possible. - Manage and collaborate with vendors for learning delivery and design. - Coach and inspire team members to innovate, bring fresh ideas, and new approaches, continually driving the best solutions and setting a high bar for performance and dedication. ABOUT YOU As a experienced Learning/Training Manager you will possess a strong understanding of learning and behavioural science principles, including outcome measurement and accountability. You will have solid business acumen, and be able to translate training needs into strategic initiatives, and demonstrate excellent presentation and "train-the-trainer" skills. In addition to this you should possess robust project management abilities, exceptional listening and influencing skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and innovation. In addition to the above the ideal candidate will hold a Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Business, or another applicable area.
